I am an Architect and Land Planner with over 40 years of Professional experience In many states and several countries.
We are one of the largest planned developments in West Michigan totaling 65 acres.
The intent is to preserve the natural wooded environment with diversified options.
Including:Types of ownership, Lot sizes, Home costs, Amenities and Recreational Opportunities.
The overall density is large 2.2 acres per lot.
Lot sizes range from half an acre to up to 10 acres.
The Mission Statement includes the design of social options in a natural settings ranging from total privacy to interactive areas for exercise, hiking, cross country skiing as well.
Our location is just south of Saugatuck north of South Haven. Two hours from both Chicago and Detroit
and Less than one hour to Grand Rapids.
